Privacy Policy

The short version: We collect only what we need to run the service, we never sell your data, and you can ask us to delete everything at any time. The longer version is below.
1. Who we are
Keoly AI ("Keoly", "we", "us") is the operator of the Keoly AI mobile application (available on iOS and Android) and the websites keoly.online and keolyai.lovable.app. Our contact for all privacy matters is keoly.app@gmail.com.
2. What data we collect
2.1 Data you give us
- Email address — when you join the waitlist or create an account.
- Prompts and inputs — text you submit to Keoly Keys or the Prompt Lab. These are processed to generate a response and are not stored beyond your active session unless you explicitly save them.
- Profile information — display name and language preference, if you choose to set them.
2.2 Data collected automatically
- Usage analytics — which sections of the app you visit, tap events, and session duration. This data is aggregated and anonymous.
- Device information — operating system, app version, and device model, used solely for debugging and compatibility.
- Crash reports — automatic error logs if the app crashes, so we can fix bugs.
2.3 What we do NOT collect
- We do not collect your location.
- We do not access your contacts, camera, or microphone unless you explicitly grant permission for a specific feature.
- We do not build advertising profiles or track you across third-party sites.
3. How we use your data
- To operate and improve the Keoly AI app and services.
- To send you product updates and early-access communications (only if you opted in).
- To respond to support requests sent to our email.
- To debug crashes and improve performance.
We do not use your data for advertising, and we do not sell it to anyone.
4. Who we share data with
We share your data only with the service providers that make Keoly work:
- Supabase — database and authentication (EU infrastructure).
- Apple App Store / Google Play — for app distribution and in-app purchases.
- ElevenLabs — for audio features (only prompt text is sent; no account data).
- AI model providers (e.g. OpenAI, Anthropic, Google) — your prompt inputs are sent to generate responses. Please review their respective privacy policies.
All providers are contractually bound to process data only on our behalf and not for their own purposes.
5. Data retention
We keep your account data for as long as your account is active. If you delete your account, all personal data is erased within 30 days. Anonymised analytics data may be retained indefinitely as it cannot be linked back to you.
6. Your rights
Depending on your country, you may have the right to:
- Access — receive a copy of all data we hold about you.
- Rectification — correct inaccurate data.
- Erasure — ask us to delete your data ("right to be forgotten").
- Portability — receive your data in a machine-readable format.
- Objection — object to certain types of processing.
- Withdraw consent — unsubscribe from marketing emails at any time via the link in any email we send.

7. Security
We use industry-standard measures to protect your data: encrypted connections (HTTPS/TLS), encrypted database storage, and access controls that limit who on our team can see personal data. No system is 100% secure — if you believe your account has been compromised, contact us immediately.
8. Children
Keoly AI is not intended for children under 13. We do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 13. If you believe a child has provided us with personal data, please contact us and we will delete it promptly.
9. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. If we make material changes, we will notify you via the app or by email. The "last updated" date at the top of this page always reflects the current version.
